Summer Grace
Is an Orlando based singer-songwriter and piano player. Some of her influences are Lizzy McAlpine, Shawn Mendes, and Finneas O’Connel. She finds that writing songs truly helps her to process and understand her emotions, and hopes to help others do the same.
She currently has four singles out across multiple streaming platforms: “Get Better” (26),“Social Suicide” (23), “wall picture” (23), and “Conversation Starters” (20). She has notably performed her originals for the O-Town Showcase at the Henao Center, for the Florida Music Conference at Ace Cafe, and at a House Fest in Orlando.
Summer Grace is currently working on a 6 song EP for her next music release in 2027.
How it all Started
Summer wrote her first song her junior year of high school. It was late one night and she was determined to write a song. But she couldn’t. It sounded too cheesy, she couldn’t find the right words, the melody wasn’t right. She yelled into her pillow, as if that would help, and decided it was time to call it a night. But the next day, it came to her. Before her eyes even opened, barely awake, the words and melody started to flow and became a pretty good first song. From then on, she wrote more and more songs, created more and more melodies, and found her love for this musical form of expression. If there is one thing Summer wants to encourage others in it is to remember the joy of creating, through the good and the bad.
